HOW TO USE:

Hair needs to be bleached and uniform;
With clean and dry hair, apply the Neon Color Tint Mask and leave it to act for 30 to 40 minutes and rinse, applying a small amount of shampoo, remove excess water and finish as you wish.

We recommend that you always carry out a strand test before applying the product to your hair. LOCK TEST: Separate and isolate a strand of hair and follow the entire usage procedure.

The color intensity decreases after a few washes.
